At Bouclair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code, or bring your items and original receipt to any Bouclair boutique.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unassembled packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at an authorized courier location, or simply hand it to a store associate.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
